1. Systems Architect:

Any graduate with 7+ years of experience in Systems design, configuration, troubleshooting.  Data      Center Operations and support.   Manage Servers and Storage.   Handle Hybrid cloud setup and troubleshooting.   Good communication skills and problem solving techniques. Microsoft Certification is mandatory.

2. Cybersecurity Engineer

Analysis of Security Incidents, Respond to Endpoint protection and malware detection tools alerts. Create Cybersecurity policies, handle SIEM effectively. Create playbooks and workflows to streamline Incidents response processes. Good communication skills and team player, passion for learning and team bonding. Certification in Network and Cyber Security.

3. Hybrid Cloud Ops Engineer

Responsible for cloud computing, including design, planning, management, maintenance and support.  Manage day-to-day operations, review logs and alerts and take necessary actions. Strong understanding of the Linux OS,  cloud database management skills and knowledge of MySQL and Hadoop.  Should understand virtual networks and general network management functions. Should have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science engineering or other related field that provides similar skills. Certification in AWS and Microsoft adds value.  

4. Network Architect

Responsible for planning, designing and implementing complex data networks, analyze network performance metrics, and develop comprehensive network architecture designs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.  Collaborate with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to integrate network components, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance.  Implement security measures, design and implement network security policies, access controls, encryption methods, and IDS.  Should have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science engineering or other related field that provides similar skills. Certification in Network and Security adds value.  

5. Structured Cabling Technician

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems, ensuring that IT networks and telecommunications infrastructures function optimally.  Install, terminate, test & Commission Cat6 & Cat6a copper cabling plus install, terminate and test Multimode and Single mode fibre optic cables.  Maintain accurate documentation of cabling infrastructure.  Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, and recommend new technologies.  Experience with testing and certification tools and equipment.  Work effectively as part of a team or independently to deliver projects within agreed time frames.  Good communication skills, team player and relevant certifications.
